Registrants
The Registrants page is your roster for the selected event. Every person who completes registration shows up here.
The roster table
Each row is one registrant. Columns include name, family, age or grade, payment status, and any custom form fields you've added.

Use the search bar at the top to find a registrant by name or email.
Adding a registrant manually
If someone signed up offline (paper form, phone call), add them by hand:
- Click Add Registrant.
- Fill in the basic info and any required form fields.
- Save. They appear in the roster like any online registration.
You can record an offline payment afterward from the registrant's detail panel.
Editing a registrant
Click a row to open the detail panel. From there you can:
- Update personal info, form answers, and assignments.
- Record or refund a payment.
- View the registrant's family and other family members.
- Add internal notes that families do not see.

Removing a registrant
Open the detail panel and choose Remove. This deletes the registrant from the event but does not delete their person record from your workspace. If they paid, refund first.
Exporting the roster
Use the Export action to download a CSV of the current roster, including all form fields. This is useful for printing, sharing with chaperones, or importing into other tools.
Filtering and sorting
The toolbar above the roster lets you filter by:
- Payment status (paid, partial, unpaid)
- Assignment (if the event uses assignments)
- Custom form fields (e.g. t-shirt size, grade)
Click any column header to sort.
