Common tasks
Reconcile a deposit
Open a Stripe deposit row to see every transaction included. The total should match what hit your bank account on that date.
Find an unpaid balance
Filter the ledger by Outstanding, or use the Registrants page filtered to "Unpaid" / "Partial" status. The Family Portal makes follow-up easy.
Export for accounting
Use Export to download the ledger as CSV. Include the date range and event scope you want.
Issue a refund
Open the payment row and click Refund. For Stripe payments, the money returns to the family's card automatically. For manual payments, you handle the refund externally and mark it here for the record.
Notes on Stripe
- Stripe handles fees automatically. The amount in your ledger is the gross charge; deposits to your bank are net of fees.
- Disputes and chargebacks appear in your Stripe dashboard, not here. Contact support if you need help linking a chargeback back to a registrant.
