Health
Health checks every group for one season: is attendance being turned in, how many usually come and who's slipping away. Every number opens the people behind it, with a ready-made message to send their leader.
Pick a season
Choose a season at the top. The header shows where the season is (like "Week 3 of 12") and totals like how many people are in groups and how many groups turned in attendance.
Action cards
While a season is running:
- Owe you attendance for [date]: groups whose leader hasn't turned in attendance. Click Copy list to paste into a message.
- People to follow up on: students who've missed several weeks, are slipping, never came or haven't answered their leader. Click See all to see them grouped by leader.
Before a season starts:
- Groups with nobody in them.
- People not in a group yet, including last season's members.
The scoreboard
Every group in the season, with its status first:

| Needs you now | Missed turning in attendance 2 meetings in a row, attendance dropped a lot or nobody is active |
| Worth a look | Missed one meeting's attendance, attendance dipped, several students drifting or the group is too big or too small |
| Going well | Everything looks fine |
| Not running yet | The season hasn't started, nobody's on the roster or the group hasn't met |
Each row shows how many usually come, a small chart of recent meetings and tags like nothing turned in, slipping, never came, new, too big or too small. Click a row to open the group on its Health tab.
What the people words mean
- Drifting: was a regular, then missed every one of the last few meetings.
- Inactive: gone long enough that you've stopped expecting them.
- Slipping: used to come most weeks, now comes half the time or less.
- New face: first came in the last few meetings.
- Never came: on the roster but hasn't come this season.
The Drifting and Inactive rules come from your Attendance Care settings.
Ask leaders to reach out
- Click any number or list to open the people.
- For each group, use Text, Call or Email to contact the leader. A message is written for you, like "Could you reach out this week and let me know how they're doing?"
- When you're done, the bar asks "Did you reach out about N people?" Click Yes, mark them off.
People you mark off leave the list for 3 weeks. If they're still away after that, they come back marked asked, still gone. Marking someone off also hides them from their leader's Care list in the Serve app for 3 weeks. There's no undo.
A group's Health tab
Open any group and switch to Health to see how many usually come, how that compares with a month ago and with similar groups, attendance at each of the last 10 meetings and who was there.
Common questions
A group I expected isn't on Health. Health only shows groups in the season you picked. Add the group to that season.
A group says nothing was turned in, but they met. Health expects a meeting on the group's meeting day (or the type's curriculum calendar). If the meeting day changed, the old dates may still count as missed until a meeting on the new day is turned in.
